When our founder, Rich Eckerd, started out as a repair technician, he took a unique interest in the old equipment being discarded by most medical offices. He decided to start repairing the old equipment in his spare time hoping to find a more cost-effective solution. He quickly noticed it was much easier and smarter for a clinic to get as much life as they could out of the medical equipment they had already purchased. In 2001 he decided to start BioMedical Solutions to take care of medical equipment the right way.

Since the beginning, we have been providing quality service to clinics, surgery centers and physician offices throughout the state of Arkansas. Working closely with all of our clients is a priority. We pride ourselves in building relationships with our clients and creating “an extension of their office” environment.

Over the years, we have expanded our offering to meet more of our client’s needs. Today we offer a wide range of services including: Regulatory Compliance, Pre-purchase Evaluations, Vendor Service Contract Analysis, and Asset Management. We utilize an equipment management program to track scheduling, preventive maintenance (PM) procedures, and the service history of each device.
